I know, I know..it's been awhile since I've actually posted something. The truth is I've been having a hard time find time, and when I do find the time I have no clue what to write about.
Today I do.
Remember the rugby injury? Well I believe I am fully healed. Well at least 98% healed. So what does this mean to me other than full movements again?... EXERCISE!!!! That's right time to get back in shape.
I'm dieting now; meaning cutting back on carbs and sugar, absolutely no junkfood (until a craving makes me feel punchy), more greens, fruits, and at least 3L of water a day.
Right now the exercising consists of a 4-5K run, intense ab workout, pushups. Just doing this to my body use to this type of activity before I incorporate a lot of weights. Plus I want to be sure that I am in fact as healed as I feel.
